The air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment at Julia's Residence was absolutely fantastic! The living room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The fully-equipped kitchen was a great convenience, allowing us to cook our own meals. And the balcony with a beautiful garden view was simply delightful!

Personally, I found the flat-screen TV in the air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment to be a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The spacious flat had all the basic amenities we needed, including plenty of hot water, fresh towels and bedsheets. The whole place was very clean and tidy. The kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals and the good wifi kept us connected. The air conditioning in the living room and bedroom was a plus. The location in a residential area was fairly quiet and a 15-minute walk to central Nicosia. We appreciated the convenience of having coffee, a bakery, and groceries close by. Julia, who lives downstairs, was very helpful for late arrivals.

One small drawback was the difficulty in finding the apartment, especially at night. It would be helpful to have clearer directions or a map provided.

Additionally, the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting us when one of us needed urgent medical attention. Parking at the property was not possible, but there was a free car park at the end of the road. However, it was noted that cars left there were at the owner's own risk.

The location of this accommodation is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the Greek area of Nicosia, it is just a stone's throw away from the old town and the historic Nicosia old aqueduct. Exploring the city was a breeze from here, and we even managed to walk to the city center in no time, which was a pleasant surprise.
